What we collect

• Website analytics: we use Google Analytics (with IP anonymization) and our own first-party analytics that record clicks on buttons and links together with a random browser identifier stored on your device. Browsing our site never collects your name or phone number.
• WhatsApp enquiries: when you message us on WhatsApp, we store your phone number, the name on your WhatsApp profile, your messages, and any offer codes you claim, so we can respond and fulfil your requests. Some replies may be generated with the help of AI and reviewed by our team.
• Stored preferences: your theme choice and the random analytics identifier are kept in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use your information

To respond to enquiries, fulfil claimed offers, improve our services, and — only if you have contacted us about offers — to send you occasional offer updates on WhatsApp. You can opt out of offer messages at any time by replying STOP (or "إيقاف").

Where it is stored

Enquiry and analytics data is stored in a secured cloud database with access restricted to DATA. Service providers that process data on our behalf: Google (analytics), Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), and Supabase (database hosting).

Sharing

We never sell your data and never share it with third parties for their marketing.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and analytics data in aggregate form.

Data deletion

To request deletion of your data (including all WhatsApp conversation history and contact details), send us a WhatsApp message at +965 6553 4477 with the word "DELETE MY DATA", or email us via the contact details on our website. We will delete your records within 30 days and confirm once done.
